UPS is a second chance company. If you are willing to work hard, you can move up and make great money, especially if you go driving.

Michelle, you should research company because there are tax breaks for hiring people who have criminal background.

Work freelance through an agency. They don't care as long as what their client asked for is on your resume. Do that until you find a place where you're willing to tell them why you only freelance. Give them a chance to see who you really are.

I would recommend starting with a temp agency. Ask for positions with hiring potential. Some companies will overlook criminal back ground if you put in the time and do good work with the agency. Since most temp agencies don't even ask about background and warehouse jobs are paying in the upper 16 - 20 per hour range to start. Hope this helps.
