Yes,if you haven't received the 1st or second you just file a 2020 return and where it asks about the stimulus you mark didn't receive and it will be entered as your refund amount and sent to you via mail or you can have the option of direct deposit to your bank,which is actually quicker

What if you dont file taxes, my parents dont file taxes and they haven't received it either. Thats not right for them
