What do I do if an employer hired me I have the email that says you're hired Then ran a background check on me
 Found a pending charge cause I'm fighting a case in court have not found been found guilty Then they sent me 2 more emails asking questions then decided to go with another candidate after hiring me What  Should I do contact a lawyer

I know how much it sux when you haven’t been found guilty of a crime and with all possibilities pointing to you not being found guilty but STILL getting a job offer taken back after you’ve accepted it. I worked at FedEx for years and it’s company policy that they can’t hire any applicants who’s CORI’s come back showing an open case. Unfortunately, you’re gonna have to just reapply (in the future) depending on if you are guilty or not, and if you were found guilty, it matters on the level of the alleged crime you would now showing whenever your criminal background is checked.
