How hard is it to get a full-time job at Amazon?
Super easy. When you select your interview time it’s actually orientation. Everybody that shows up is hired. No interview process. Same day you do a cheek swab for drug test. They schedule you before results even come back, if it comes back positive then you get the walk of shame. I worked for Amazon over 4 yrs & watched the walk of shame at least 4 times a month. They don’t have the decency to tell you to go see HR. They send 2 security guards to your station & escort you to HR & everybody is watching. Most likely you’re being terminated for not making rate. You have 4 wks to reach %85 production rate. Thus the walk of shame a couple every week. Good luck

Getting a full time job at Amazon is not hard you just have to work for sometime and if you can keep your record clean by coming to work on time having a positive UPT, have the right attitude at work. You will get a full time job at Amazon.
