What do u do if u r terminated during probation? Do u have to include it on ur resume?

You could include it but state that during your probation period, they chose to go a different route and hire someone with more experience. A mutual parting of ways with no hardship feelings.

Hi Anthony , Just a suggestion if you have enough work history that will cover that gap then leave it off .
