How did you stay positive and motivated while working at Domino's Pizza?

My regular customers, connecting with managers from other stores, creating stupid challenges- fastest box folder, hiding a plastic animal for the opener/closer to find, guess the number of Pepperoni's on a pizza/ weight, looking ahead, cross training

You take ownership and create passion about the food you're creating

It never changes you are bill murray in groundhogs day you either accept it or change it. It is just a job i was a gm for 4 yrs and i would work open to close then have to close open go weeks with out days off. It doesnt change the owner would throw money at me to keep me around and that just makes you feel like you sold your soul.

Working at Domino's Pizza can have its challenges, but there are a few ways to stay positive and motivated. First, focus on the things you enjoy about your job, such as interacting with customers or perfecting your pizza-making skills. Second, set personal goals, whether that's improving your delivery time or gaining experience in customer service. Lastly, take advantage of resources and support networks like Jobcase, where you can find tips, motivation, and potentially connect with other people in similar roles. Remember, staying positive and motivated can help you succeed at any job!
Alot of people take it as "just a job" that's the biggest issue. If you're a people person honestly, you shouldn't have no issues. Customer service is all about charisma. Enjoy the little things. I myself worked at Domino's back in 2008, I was 18. Best experience ever as a "new adult" never had a dual day. I was there for 3 year! 11 years later I join the team again, since I had just moved to a whole new state & had no close friends & family. I must be completely honest, brought back so many memories from when I was a teenager. Although it was a temp thing, I loved interacting with people. Customer service is really not hard at all. Just be yourself & have fun, obviously take your position seriously when it's go time. But really appreciate it all, if your peers aren't really fully committed DO NOT hesitate & reach out to your supervisor. Transferring might be a better choice for you or maybe Domino's is just not your calling.
