In an interview for a District Manager job, make sure to highlight your leadership experience, ability to drive sales and meet targets, experience in managing teams, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Also, discuss specific examples of how you have successfully handled challenges in previous roles. Remember to research the company beforehand and ask thoughtful questions to demonstrate your interest and enthusiasm. For more interview tips and resources, check out Jobcase and other job search providers like Glassdoor or LinkedIn. Good luck!

If this is for the Richmond Times Dispatch, ask if all the routes in your district are filled? Ask about the total hours you are "required" to work per week/pay period. Ask if you will definitely have 1 or 2...or any days off.
