I am 71 and am looking for people to come work with me. But, like most employers, I'm not interested in people who want to 'collect a free paycheck'. I can get a robot to do that work. I want people who have the capacity and willingness to learn and grow to create something that is meaningful for them as well as for my company.

To transition from a Data Entry Assistant to a managerial role, start by taking on leadership responsibilities in your current role, such as training new hires or leading projects. Develop your communication and decision-making skills. Seek out professional development opportunities and courses in leadership. Update your resume and highlight your leadership experience. Network with professionals in management roles and consider applying for management positions within your company or on job search platforms like Jobcase, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Good luck! #workfromhome
