Chef/kitchen manager at Blue mahoe

As a kitchen manager you have knowledge and experience . You use that knowledge and let them know of the experience you have and then you explain how you became the kitchen manager and how you feel in that spot . How you can handle situations and uncomfortable ones . If you need help you ask for it like you have now . Pride is pride but sometimes it's not worth having all the pride reaching out I came from washing dishes to a chef / lead chef now manager of a 4 star restaurant. I busted my but and proved I can do it be strong and push when you have to.

Apply for kitchen manager? But if you have to ask, you may need more experience.

To leverage your past experiences as a Kitchen Manager effectively, showcase your leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. Update your resume to highlight your accomplishments in these areas and tailor your cover letter to emphasize how your background aligns with the requirements of the Kitchen Manager roles you're applying to. Utilize job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, LinkedIn, and industry-specific websites to find relevant job openings and network with professionals in the field. Good luck!
