What's most important to you when accepting a new job? Money, Happiness, Location, Hours, Work-life balance or something else?

The money keeps the worries from home from barging into your worklife. The location helps in that it decreases or increased driving time depending upon your preference. The hours are not an issue unless we are garnering towards and 80 hour work week, that's a bit much.
I would say the most important thing is being excited about the new job but know what you are getting into. Know that you are onto a new adventure and will put forth that 110% until you see the job for what it really is. Hopefully it has good people and a supportive manager. If you have all these things, going to work is not an issue. And all of these can lead to happiness. The new job doesn't necessarily provide that, you have to make it work.

Work life balance

I like working at a place where God put me because I know he put me there for a reason. I also luv my hrs. Job is great. Luv my manager's & the other employees are nice & helpful in my time of need. But the location sucks monkey balls if you know what I mean. It takes me a half hr to get back & forth everyday.

Work life balance is nice to have but I'll take Happiness any ay of the week and twice on Sunday.

Balance, like those old ancient scales, life is what we make it,sincerely. Kim
Is it safe to say All Of The Above!!! Some are convenient and some important but the overall importance for me is always Happiness. If I’m ever fortunate enough to land a job I truly enjoy; then I can eventually gain all those other things...
