Which skills are the most important to have to land a job at UPS?
The whole important outfit they have to wear shoes clothes jacket and I'm being cleansiness and being well grown and well behave
Be punctual and dependable. Don't join the union just to protect your job.
It all depends on what department you are wanting to work. I work in the warehouse unloading the ups trailers on to a conver belt. And in my experience I learned to drink lots of water and bring wear non slip gloves cause the boxes get slippery after handling so many. So my advice is if you don't like the heat and if you can't life 70lbs then working the warehouse is probably not for you.
Just be as long as you're fast they're be happy to use you any and everywhere

Tolerance. 16 years of ups and that what you need.
Orgainzation & patience! Organization because if you are working on loading a truck you have to be able to organize the packages based on the drivers route. Patience because the UPS driver might come & re-organize all the hard work you put into it!
If your a driver be there a lol bit early to check on you loader and get things situated before you have to be there cause ive noticed alot of drivers that sbow up and think there truck ready to go not even alot of loaders are slow and messy so be early and loaders pay attention to the hins and truck nunbers stop misloading.
