Really depends on what type of customer service position you are considering taking. You definitely need to have patience and being good with people when going into any customer service position.

It depends what the company has you doing for customer service. I did customer service in a call center and also in retail stores. I worked in the call center for almost 16 years. To define you strive not only to make the customer happy but that they are glad they choose your company to do business with.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

One Good thing is you always get excellent Training for what you will be working with for Customer Service, always be attentive and ask questions and then you may be sitting with someone that you will watch. then they will let you try next and they will guide you, piece of Cake! You can do it!

Take your time and listen don't interrupt. Patience is key word w cutomers or clients. Help them the best you can to find an answer.

Ring at the register , help customers find the right clothes maybe the right size get customers to open charges. Make sure you ate getting a good pay?!!
