Would you rather have regular feedback and meetings with your supervisor or work more independently?

I would rather work independently, but I do appreciate feedback, and encouragement.

It would depend on the work I was doing and how familiar I am with the work I'm doing. My goal would be to get trained and work independently but I do appreciate feedback in tell I feel comfortable with my job.

Work independently, clearly.

The sad fact is that I have roughly less than half of a clue what I'm doing or what the hell is ACTUALLY going on around me virtually ALL of the time. I find it difficult to understand how or why this seems to make ME the inconsiderate asshole who deserves to be consistently treated like dirt and used as a public access punching bag despite doing everything within my power to understand how to effectively communicate.

See. Clearly, work independently.
