Hi Leah, public admin/criminal justice is a broad area with a range of possible job postitions. Try narrowing your focus to specific positions. Also entry-level positions are a great way to get experience and your foot in the door. There are entry-level positions that require a degree so being over qualified shouldn't be a problem.
