LOWES is a horrible company to work for!! Just a few names to stay away from Joey Scott as well as any manager that was at the Rockwall location in 2016. I remember sitting in meetings “who are we going to get rid of this week” Nona Cardell Corporate employee that is extremely unprofessional! Head of LP.

Well the Lowe's I was at, there was several department managers that would call you out right in front of the customer and 99% of the time they didn't even know what the hell was going on. At raise time most of os in the front got all most 1%. It your decision But this is the slow time and you won't get many hours.

Lowe's is generally a good employer that values its employees. However, experiences may vary. It's always a good idea to research company reviews and reach out to current or former employees for more insights. Job search platforms like Jobcase can provide employee reviews and connect you with other job search providers for a broader perspective.
