Special Deputy at St Francis Hospital

I am a retired police officer from Indy with over 35 years experience and currently work for another hospital and I have submitted three applications and can’t even get interviewed. I’m not sure what u were looking for. I also know that u were hiring at the south location. I guess 35 years means nothing. #wordsofwisdom

Wow 35 years is amazing!! It's not YOU it's probably your resume. If it's missing a few things (such as keywords) then an employer won't even see it if the company uses what is called an applicant tracking system. This software basically scans through hundreds or thousands of resumes and looks for very certain criteria. You can read more about it in this article and how to get yours past the ATS. You can do this Nicholas and with your experience, you are a VALUABLE employee. We just need to get you on track : ) Let me know how else I can help!
