@Jacob Stokes I did a little research and discovered Ford’s interview process consists of Math, English, and Behavioral questions. Apparently once you get on a team at Ford, that’s where the experience comes in. I am providing a link to Reddit where I collected this information. Yes, if you are looking to work as a assembly line worker at Ford, there is no formal interview. There is a usually an assessment test and upon passing that, there’s a physical and drug screen. Good luck to you!!
