To be a vendor worker you only need the motivation and determination to want to learn new thing’s quickly and under stressful conditions, trail and error but it’s rewarding but it’s not for someone looking for a normal position, use my link in my bio , try it out

Depends on the State. Some requires 2 to three years and some requires none with a BSW. Some States requires BSW, MSW, and license. North Carolina is so desperate for SW they are accepting less experience.
