I have to work hard to earn a raise, not to many people don’t deserve a raise because sometime people always called in sick or no-show

If you feel you deserve the raise ask for it let your conscience guide you so if he declined you will feel good when you quit. Good luck.

your wanting if you the raise you must be hanging corner poles ,laying brick after you spread the wall .ask if you are doing something wrong because you already doing three quarters of the work,if I don t deserve a raise please tell me why .
