Osha is the first thing safety, forklift, or electric pellet jack, it just depends on what kind of position your interviewing for.

Before applying to a warehouse associate job, make sure to familiarize yourself with the physical requirements of the role, such as lifting heavy items and standing for long periods. Highlight any relevant experience you have in inventory management or forklift operation. Research the company culture and values to ensure a good fit. Utilize job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and Glassdoor to find warehouse associate positions in your area. Good luck with your job search!

As said familiarize yourself with the job requirements so that you can be sure to be a good fit for the organization. Also be transparent and truthful about your experience in warehousing and lift truck operations. Most major warehouses are going to want to train you there way. This is coming from a former training coordinator from a major 3pl. Good luck.
