What skills do I need to get hired as a Warehouse Associate?

I have been in the warehouse environment for 20+ years and in my experience most want at least 6 months experience driving a forklift, some will except 3 months and some will teach you to drive a forklift. Some warehouses require you to have forklift certification before hand while others want to certify you in there facility and plus OSHA requires company's to certify you in the warehouse environment you will be working in. Hope this helps.

Depends on the warehouse. Most just want to know you can read, do basic math, and will show up for work every day on time.
