What's the biggest challenge of a Customer Service Representative job?
Dealing with unruly customers who don't want to listen to answers they don't like.

When customers get upset with you. Not just the condescending tone. But when they scream at you. Just making sure you stay calm and keep and don't raise your voice back. And you'll be good. But it's definitely the most difficult part of customer service, for me.

Rudeness and verbal abuse from prospective customers.

Good a answers everybody.

Patience, kindness.

One thing that I found a challenge at different points while working customer service is having all the information you need. Some places that I've worked at didn't provide much information, so when I had customers ask questions that I didn't have an answer to, I would try to ask while I place them on hold. A lot of times there wasn't anyone available to get an answer from. I've always found that most customers don't mind if you have to call them back with the answer. As long as they get an answer they will usually be happy. Of course there are those customers that want their answer right then, that's when you put them on hold and wait to get an answer. I have found that doing research between calls helps a lot. There were a lot of times I'd find information, and would type it up and give it to my other team members to help them out.
