What training do I need to get qualified for a Package Handler job?

You have to do is be diligent and attention to detail its very easy all you have to do is look at the packages and find the corresponding number on the package to the trucks your loading and put it on the correct shelf it will be a workout but its very easy and the more you do it the easier it is.

I would say to be a Package Handler, outside of the training you will receive, treat it like a gym membership where instead of PAYING to go work out, you get PAID to come work out. If you have a gym routine you do; do it when you go to work

none- job is what slaves used to do with wagons of the day and on railroads. fed ex had a week of paid taining and ups put you right into a crowd of workers your first night. it very basic and at ups also you get these young pink kid 25 yeat old managers who are hyper- thats how they got the job, looking and acting like nervous small dogs. they outworked their co workers who loved to let the manager help when it gets busy, just like the kid used to help the world. he was a fed ex hero- come alive tonight!

I've never heard of a certification for package handling, I'm not saying it doesn't exist. Most places I worked as a package handler, I started with no experience and learned through on the job training.
