As a Customer Service Representative, having amazing pay can provide financial stability and recognition for your hard work. Consider leveraging job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and Glassdoor to find opportunities with competitive pay packages. Remember to also assess the overall benefits package to ensure it aligns with your needs and priorities. Good luck in your job search!

I guess for me good insurance benefits are great… along with a competitive wage.

Looking for customer service, data entry or bookkeeping positions

Both are truly important and if an employer values his/her employees, there would be no question to answer as the employer would provide both. But, since this IS the question to be answered I would have to go with AMAZING BENEFITS (assuming these are vacation, sick leave, PTO, 401K, award/merit system, regular/attendance bonuses, etc.).

Unfortunately they are both important. But I would have to choose pay. What a lot of employers don’t seem to understand is the cost of living has gone up substantially. Some are still trying to pay as though it has not. I have never agreed with employers (outside of fast food and such) paying a child’s wage to an adult that must be assumed has a family they are trying to support. Dealing with the public in any captivity deserves a decent compensation. Within reason of course. But at some point, the employee must be responsible for offering to learn more and take on more in order to continue to make more money.

Here's the deal. The job itself is as good as retail. Its a terrible job. People are unreasonable. Stay away from the line of work.
