Actually, try looking at an organization called traveling nurses. They pay extremely well for the nurses in their company and you can be sent to Indian Reservations as well as to Southern States. Some women that I know claimed that the pay was the motivation, but it also helped pay for their continued education and made it possible to become licensed RN’s.

Not a non-clinical role. Still clinical as Coordinator, Scheduler, just more of an office -hybrid even remote role
