Well before COVID hit I worked there for a while. When I was going through the interview process, I had actually 2 interviews, first was a one on one to discuss where and what position did I want work in the park whether it was games, ride operations, merchandise, or foods. After that the second interview was with 2 members from HR. They took us to a room we answered fun questions around a table of 4 other applicants after that we all got hired and signed paperwork. Finally, went through 2 days of training, got my uniform, and badge the first day of training. This all takes about a week before you can start.
