Looking for a remote, full time, data entry position.

Including the above, eye contact and smile. Treat every customer as you would want to be treated. You will learn the regulars that come in every day and you will learn what they typically buy. If it is something you can already have waiting for them, they will love you for it.

The duties would be ringing up customers, make sure your cash register drawer is correct at all times, know your math how to count money, learn the cashier machine, and keep your area clean and tidy, and sometimes you're responsible for the front stocking of the Shelf line.

You have to know how to work a register accurately. Yes U will be trained before being thrown on a register alone. Just make sure u pay attention cause they don’t train u forever. Also u will be counting drawers out. So u will be doing basic math. You will be in charge of keeping ur area cleaned. This all really depends on what type of cashier job you have.

First, you have to always remember that the customer is always right even if they are wrong. Customer service is first and foremost. And as others have said, counting is a really huge part of being a cashier. You don't want to come up short or short change anyone. Cleaning and organizing is definitely a plus. Sometimes, you must be able to keep up with inventory. You have to be able to stock so lifting up to 25 + pounds is a must in most places. So, if you can count, keep your cool, stock, clean, and smile, you should do just fine. 😊

If you can’t count money then I would look someplace else for work. You also have to be a happy person that wants to help the customer out with whatever there needs may be.
