It depends on what it is you want to do. If you are college educated, preferably with a Master's degree, you have a good chance of climbing the corporate ladder. They want their male employees to be married and have children and the wives to stay home.
I enjoyed my time at Coca-Cola, but left after tge President of Coca-Cola Fountain told my boss and I that I was to be promoted to a project manager and HR said no.
