In the same place as you but 71 years young. Just tell them in your resume what you have done and how you do not need to be micromanaged as you have the experience that that is not only important but what distinguished you from some others.

List by companies and not titles. List tasks and accomplishments you want to emphasize. Every resume you send out can be different. Only list recent years. It is unlawful for them to ask your age. It helps if you look younger. Good luck

I would have a professional resume writer to redo your resume. If you can't afford one just go online and find example of one you like and just mention your experience going back five years to recent. If you go to an interview they should not ask your age it is age discrimination and they can be sued according to the EEOC. I hope this helps you may God bless you on your search and enjoy your new journey.😁

Do you mean download or downgrade your skills to make yourself hireable?

Don't downgrade shit. You obviously want to work, unlike millions of sheeple that prefer to sit on unemployment. There is someone worthy of you, don't forget that. If someone says "no" it's not always as such. You might just have to go that "extra mile" over other applicants. Wish you well in your job quest!

Retire

Keep it simple semi retired make your salary negotiable

Download file 1. first you have to have a resume on your computer or a flash drive (AKA Memory Stick). When you then click on download file, you will be able to scroll through the files on your computer and click then on the resume and click on open file. This imports this file to the application. Hope this helps.
