I know I have a good work ethic, so staying positive and motivated at work is easy for me. Establish a routine, set clear goals, build strong relationships, and find ways to appreciate your achievements.

I enjoy working with the public, I live my customers. I liked my coworkers for the most part. I keep s positive attitude and remind myself that it's great to have a job.

Working at Goodwill can be overwhelming at times. You just have to remind yourself that you are there for a reason and that it is a stepping stone to greater opportunities, Wether it be a promotion within the company or taking your skills and growth and applying them at a new job. If you can handle Goodwill you will be able to handle any other job that comes your way. Goodwill also has plenty of certifications you can earn while you are there that will help you out in the long run. Also Keep GOD first!

I was VOT's "welcome wagon" and "chief morale officer". Morale was typically so low that I was the only one filling that role. I did not have an option. When I left, people told me that it became like a stepford wives.

I priced art at the office in Eagle Rock. I stayed positive by focusing on the art. The donated art was amazing..

I’m only deaf person myself to motivation and eager to worked together with management. I worked at goodwill almost 18 years and I had good team members know me as family and made sure that I’m comfortable with team members and customer service. I was worked as Appeal Quality Supervisor in back room .
