What is one important thing I should do during my interview at Burger King?

How would you describe a great employee? If I do work at Burger King, what are some ways I can bring the most benefit to the team?

General Manager at Tijuana Flats

Always ask an employees oponion on how the business could be better. It's important for them to know how you value them as part of the team. Make sure you're by the book and follow the brand standards. Always coach. Keep eyes open and be aware of everything that's going on. Make sure you and your crew are being productive. Follow the motto.. " if you have time to lean you have time to clean!"

Smile alot of course. Then when they ask that question let them know your very knowledgeable about every position in the store they might have your an excellent cook. You've ran drive thru services before and your very ocd you love to clean even when it might not seem necessary. That way your useful in multiple areas they might need your for anything. You never know
