Learning how to tell a customer, "no". You must be very familiar abt what can and cannot with the company's policies and procedures. Tell them everything you know abt the subject. Tell them, "although, I cannot do that, I can do this". Then follow through.

The only real challenge I have ever had is when their is a language barrier and even that is usually rerouted by a phone tree system. People in general are mostly alike with the same needs wants and desires.

The biggest challenge of being a Customer Service Representative is staying calm and professional when dealing with upset or difficult customers. It takes patience and strong communication skills to de-escalate situations, understand the customer’s issue, and find a solution while keeping a positive attitude. Balancing empathy with company policies can be tough, but it’s also what helps build trust and provide great service.

You have to have patience, be attentive and listen and must have empathy. And then solve the issue quickly.

You have to patient with the customers. Answer and help them with something either if it is small or big and then make them feel at ease .
