What training do I need to get qualified for a full-time Security Guard job?
I need full time security job 3-11 pm

Varies on company and place assigned really but they provided the training I received in my first week. Leaving Allied Universal was probably my biggest regret hands down but I gained a different perspective and observed enough while on the job to be highly greatful.

This will also vary state to state and by employer. Some security companies will pay for you to get your license. Another variable is whether you will be unarmed or carrying a weapon.

Hi Wudie: First and foremost you must seek out a company that can train you and provide you with the certifications you need to obtain a security guard license. The company that you choose should help you with all of this. Once you have the security license, then that would be the time to start searching for employment. All companies ask for ypur license on every application you may complete. Every site has it's own particulars and the client will advise the security company what is important to them. Once you are hired and assigned a site, then on the job training will kick in from the security company you are working for. i hope this helps.

I was a security guard at securitas and they hire for all shifts especially the shift you want from 3 to 11pm the call it swing shift.

I didn't have any experience when I started working for a security company didn't need any license the only thing that was required was being able to pass a drug test and ability to follow instructions

Atleast 1-2 years experience an an non expired license if you wanna make more then the bare minimum other then that some companies you don't need experience you will get it there
Obtain your security guard training & your State Certified certificate after your training is completed depending on company requirements. Take a drug test & obtain CPR training to obtain a good job. G. Mena
