Great follow-up question about your summary! Think of it as a super-fast commercial where you want to catch someone's attention right from the get-go. Use your summary as a way to summarize what makes you such an awesome employee. List your best skills, any achievements (improved customer satisfaction, developed a new process for streamlining work, etc), and the personality traits that make you a great hire. Keep it short and snappy (ideally, 1-3 sentences). Hope this helps!

Hi Brianna, Keywords! find keywords on the job description and try to use as many as you can on your resume. You might have to customize your resume for each job you apply to but it’s worth it. You want to make sure you resume stands out during the online selection process for each company. List your most recent experience and accomplishments first or near the top. If you need help formatting then use the auto generate tool on this site in the ‘my info’ section of your profile. I just did mine and it looks great.
