Where can I find a good job with felonies on my criminal history?

I am a 12 time convicted felon that is in recovery. I've made tremendous strides to improve my life. Getting a job that will allow me to support myself and my daughter would be icing on the cake. I'm dedicated, determined, and a hard worker. However my background is stopping me from completely moving forward. I need some tips pleaaaase

Not trying to be nosey but read your post thought I'd let you know instead of putting I'm dedicated you put I am not would change that it will probly help you alot
