Work life balance has always been number one for me. I feel like having a good work life balance has many positive effects including less stress, lower risk of being burnt out and just an overall greater sense of well being. That being said, this is and was not always easy to achieve because I wanted to strive at every job I had and would do whatever I could to do so.

I do get bored at work some times so I care about staying interested and growing at the job.

Work life balance means more than anything to me now.

I find it the hardest to work with great people. That would be my dream :)

For me, it has to be a mix of work life balance and pay. It the pay and low but job is great, it won't be sustainable.
