As an ex-military individual looking for opportunities at Lockheed Martin, it can be beneficial to network with individuals who have a connection to the company. Reach out to fellow veterans, friends, and family members who may have ties to Lockheed Martin. In addition, consider joining professional veteran organizations and attending career fairs/events where you can meet people with knowledge and connections at the company. Being active on platforms like Jobcase, LinkedIn, and other job search providers can also help you establish connections and access potential job opportunities. Good luck with your search!

Lockheed is definitely a company tat has great pay: in my expreience they hire veterans for the tax benefits and experience; however, the respect you receive as a service member doesn;t carry over to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Keep this in mind if you are hired. Start t the bottom in regards to trust [no one] even the some of the other service members. Also, ensure you pay is at level. they start out very low considering oyur experience and education compared o those who you may be woriing with. For example, I started as a Level 2 with BS and 22 yrs experiene working along side a 10 year experience level 4 and level 3 with no degree.
Also, if retired keep Tricare and only get Dental and vision from LMAO.
