if you earned it then yes it should be included in the package. If your companies going through a layoff don't walk into these meeting unprepared. Know what you're entitled for time served.

If you have accrued any vacation time, you are to be paid for that. However many people don't understand accruing vacation time. So if you get 2 weeks a year and you worked 1/2 the year, and not taken any time off, you should get 1 week. If you already took the 2 weeks, you may actually owe them.
