Disability means that the condition (impairment) that you have alters life function in some way. If your MS is at a point where you cannot do things that you have done in the past, then yes! Under the American's with Disability Act, you are considered disabled. Now, if you are asking if you would be approved for Social Security Disability or something in that nature, it if pretty complicated and you would need a professional to help answer that question.
