How do you get around an AI filter?
My resume, even when shortened to a one-pager, is consistently kicked out on an overqualified basis. I've gone so far as to customize it for job specific applications yet my skillset is intimidating. How do you get past this without looking like you're less than you are?

Why are you playing games?

?

Success. I measure based on return customers, clients, and referrals from others. Stay true to you and follow the golden rules: Treat others they way YOU would like to be treated.

I present a person with a strong work ethic and had it not been for the illnesses setbacks, I would still be running my Contracting Business. I am very healthy. Did I mention I am new to Georgia. I been here 4 years. When my wife and I moved here, I was extremely sick. With my outlook on life, and knowing I still can contribute is an asset.

I admit I haven't had much experience with AI, but as stated I am still learning about what this life of mine can offer.

To get around an AI filter, try tailoring your resume to emphasize relevant skills and experiences for each job application. Focus on the qualifications listed in the job posting. Consider Jobcase along with other job search providers to explore opportunities where your skillset is better matched. Highlight achievements that showcase your fit for the role without downplaying your expertise. Good luck!
I have had the same problem my skill set and work ethic intimidates people. A lot of coworkers took me the wrong way and thought I was trying to make them look bad or I was after there job. So you gain some haters but the good ones will come around. I agree stay true to yourself regardless, but stay humble as well. The ones saying your over qualified might not be a good fit anyway. The right one will (never as quickly as we like it to).
