My favorite part of Jobcase is the awesome members who are willing to give honest and helpful career advice. I've learned so much since I became a part of the community.

Yes. I’m a career HR Professional, and I enjoy the engagement. I’ve told some of my HR colleagues about it.

No, and here's why. First off, I keep getting recommendations for jobs I have no interest in and jobs that I am not qualified for. I don't believe that there is a human being involved, because no matter how much I filter the results, I get the same crap everyday. Secondly, jobs that I am interested in turn out to be weeks or months old, so it's a waste of my time applying. And yet, they show up again and again and again on a daily basis.

My experience has been the "give" and 'take" from each of the participants who share what ever that is bothering them and ask for advice or answers to help them along the way! I enjoy sharing and giving my knowledge of what I have learned and acquired over 72 years of living and 38 years of running my own business along with 46 years of being out of college and sharing and expressing my experiences with others that can help them along the way! "Just my too cents!" (smile)

I love learning about other's career advice too. Most importantly I feel that a lot of my work and job search struggles were validated so I don't feel alone in this process.
