My best advice.. Be able to separate,work relationships from, not work relationships.

Meaning.. When it's time to make the right call, you can't be biassed because " your work friend " is the employee\employees at fault.

The ability to teach demonstrate train communicate and lead by example. But more importantly be flexible and knowledgeable

At least 6 years prior experience in management or leader skills. I think this is the number one thing I've recently seen someone that was a supervisor and had no idea what they were doing.

Management experience in a high volume store preferably food business
