How do I sell myself to companies because I apply but I do not get any response?

Hi @Nomcebo Pamella Mchunu! This Is a great question. A few things I would suggest for you here, you can always reach out to the company before even applying to ask if the position is still open? Any other candidates and how far in the process are they at? What are the skills the company is looking for? After applying, if you haven’t heard anything after 1-2 weeks, you can also call and ask similar questions. There are some really great tips you could try if you haven't already, like company research, learning more about your audience as an applicant and much more. Let me know if you have any questions.
