What's the biggest challenge of a Sales Associate job?
I need a part time job. Up ⬆️ to 6 hrs a day

Being able to talk to any person that walks into your store and making a connection with them. Finding a common ground to build on and then learning how to turn a no into a yes. Hardest thing for me was selling something to someone I didn’t feel was able to actually afford it and knowing it might not be the best thing. You have to understand it isn’t your choice, but theirs and understanding you have to accept all people and be kind no matter how rude they can be because you have no idea what they are going through in that moment in their lives. Yes you have to know your products, but if you can not connect with a person it is hard to make a sale!!

Knowing all about any products that you are supposed to sell and the ins and outs of all products and what they are the best for.

The biggest challenge of a Sales Associate job is consistently rising to the level of your ability.

Dealing with unreasonable expectations and miscommunication in a positive way.

Ensuring every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
After sales complain how to resolve with out problem
