Hi Brian, it’s currently stressful because we’re always working half staffed. It’s a pretty good place of employment except it has a high turn over rate.
I'm still currently employed with Aramark. I am the Lead Foodservice Worker for Chick fil A. The days are completely busy with in person and mobile ordering for the college community. We do not have enough employees and I am currently working 6 days a week. Along with my job, I also clean deep fryers, do the ordering and, inventory for Chick fil A.
I’m no longer working for the company. When I did work for them my schedule was 7am to 3:30pm.
Well the first thing I do once I’ve clocked in is to gather the hot/cold food to be placed in the the suite boxes/sky boxes. then after the hot/cold food is placed an the event begins some guest that haven’t ordered place calls for food/beverages. I then retrieve the items to be placed in the suite. After the event has ended or is about to end I then begin cleaning up the work station sanitizing tables and taking out the trash. I finally retrieve the items from the suites that needs to be washed an take them back to the kitchen. This is a typical day for me.
Those are the hours i want In housekeeping.
Long and stressful
