I would agree with 1-2 years of experience. However, there are entry level customer service representative jobs where they will train you. Sometimes it is better to have a new person that they can train their way also, it cuts down on bad habits they you may have already developed at other jobs

Depends on the company some hire people with no experience just offer training to have a body in the room others want atleast 1 or 2 years being able to deal with rejection ability to handle abusive customers
