When I started there as a janitor I was only making $12 an hour for some reason 3 weeks into it they gave me a raise to $15 but I was there for 11 months after that and not even a penny raise so they get you in the door they really don't care they'll let you do all this overtime because they're so short-handed so allied universal that I work for had a total of four employees working there for a mall they wear you out and they don't pay you enough
