Most positions are learned on the job I was an assembler for 2 years before I became an electro mechanical assembler. I learned all my knowledge on the job. Hope this helps!

Companies requesting employees discriminate ages, knowledge, and remuneration. Positions that before the pandemic paid $25 now want to pay $16 an hour. With this approach, companies in the U.S.A. discriminate between years of experience, age, wages and prefer younger people to the job field.
