Look online for auctions, example, police stations need new police cars after the old one brakes or they crash it, for the vehicle is just too old and now it's time to replace them. Out with the old in with the new. So the old usually get sent out to auction. And then here comes the new ones on the street... I used the police as an example they have many vehicles in their fleet.
