What is the BEST reason to work for Boeing?

Do not listen to the AI; that is just the internet answer. It depends on the position you are working in, or whether you are union or salaried. I was a union worker at the St. Louis plant. I worked hard and got promoted for it. The pay was okay, and the benefits were decent. However, when it came to the point where I needed help, I did not get any. They tossed me out like yesterday's trash. Union did not help, the chain of command did not help, and HR did not help. Just swept under the rug. Boeing can be a good job if you know people and do what they say when they say it. Try to deviate, then you get a label. Try to help with supply shortages or not following blueprints, then you become a pain in the you know where. Need and ask for help, the union coerces you to tell a lie or never work there again. Be careful if you want to work there.
